Pacific Beach is a coastal community in San Diego. It has a very vibrant local community and it’s very family friendly.
Pacific Beach is bounded by La Jolla to the north, Mission Beach and Mission Bay to the south, Interstate 5 to the east and the Pacific Ocean to the west. While formerly largely populated by young people, surfers, and college students, because of rising property and rental costs the population is gradually becoming older and more affluent. "P.B.," as it is known as by local residents, is home to one of San Diego's more developed nightlife scenes, with a great variety of bars, eateries, and clothing stores located along Garnet Avenue and Mission Boulevard. The apartment is perfectly located to walk to restaurants, bars, supermarket, shops and everything PB has to offer. No car needed if to stick around PB.

Brand new dual Paine windows and patio doors throughout the house. Comfortable King in master bedroom and queen bed in other room with 2 full renovated bathrooms. The 3rd bed is an 8 inch Air Mattress available to be placed in living room. Huge two 50 inch plus TV’s and fully equipped kitchen/home. Extra Large outdoor patio with BBQ and seating area, ground level. No stairs.
Please make sure to put the numbers of guests staying at the apartment on the Air BNB website when booking as I will need to accommodate/stock the apartment for the # of guests sleeping there. Guest have 2 private parking spots in the alley # 5 and # 6 no stairs to climb. Condo is very conveniently located in Pacific Beach within walking distance to restaurants/shops/supermarkets
