Super awesome house

We loved the house and area so much. 4 adults and it was perfect. The Prince bathroom was EPIC! :-)

Great house!

This is a great house for a family. Plenty of games and a great yard space. Had everything we needed and is close to anything you might need.

Fun house

This is a lovely area we chose while we explored the Hudson River Valley. It is one of the prettiest places in that part of NY. The house is open and comfortable. It has anything you might need to be comfortable. The fenced in yard is great for a dog to be safely contained. There is a wood burning stove for chilly nights. Keep in mind this is a route and not a neighborhood street so there is some traffic but not enough to bother us. Overall it is a very comfortable and fun place to stay.

we had perfect weather, great location for the event and family we were visiting. A good size place for us, wish we had more time to stay! I would go here again!

Everything you need to stay in but close enough to get out

The house was perfect for our family and two medium size dogs. The house was decorated cute and was clean. House had enough to keep my 10 and 12 year olds busy for when we didn’t want to go out. The Berkshires were relatively close so this ended up being a great location. We really enjoyed our stay.

We are a family of four from New York City. We have a deep respect for the upstate region of NY, and have loved exploring it as a family for many years. Purchasing a home in a historical district has always been a dream of ours, and we could not be happier to share our home with you.

We designed our home with famiilies in mind, and, while we love it as is, have plans to complete the guest house on our property, as well as build an all-weather indoor arcade in the garden shed. Stay tuned!
