Vacation stay for a week.

The house was very clean when we got there. There where some downsides though. The beds don't seem to be a queen. We beleive that both beds are full size beds which are a bit smaller but 2 people can squeeze in them if need be. The wifi was awful. Makes you sign in all the time and the signal itself shuts on and off with every device we had connected to it. The couch is very worn out or possibly broken in places. About half of the seats on it work and are comfortable as well. We also had an issue with the one kitchen drawer that specifically was the silverware drawer. The whole front of the drawer fell off.

Descent...

Pros: Price was good Location was amazing Bedrooms, furniture, appliances were nice Inside was clean Cons: Old broken grill and torn up patio furniture on deck 3 burnt out lightbulbs Bathroom exhaust fan didn't work Only 2 trashcans for 3 units Parking is tight when all 3 units occupied Overall I would stay again. The cons don't come close to outweighing the location and price. It was a nice stay and nice change of pace to a hotel.

Great location!

Down side-Property wasn't cleaned properly prior to our arrival. Dirty dishes,debris on the couch,floor was dirty. Up side-location is awsome and the Property is modern and well maintained. 4 stars

Great house

The house was spacious, clean and close to the beach. The deck was lovely to sit on in the evenings. One issue was that the AC was broken. The owners of the property were attentive to the issue and were working to resolve it.

Overall pleasant stay

Location and accommodations: Great. Suite was clean and nicely decorated; location is a short walk across the street from the beach, plus there's an inlet in the back if you want to fish or go crabbing. There are reportedly alligators, but we didn't see any. Customer service: Not great. Reps are not familiar with the suite and not helpful locating things - i.e. the wifi was very spotty and they told us to reset it, but the router was not in the suite. Luckily, Mark, a maintenance person, happened to be there working on another unit and told us it was in the adjoining unit, so he reset it for us. The remote control for the smart tv needed new batteries but there were none around and we weren't about to buy them ourselves, so he replaced them for us. We arrived an hour before check-in, tried to get in using keypad code, which didn't work, called manager (Vacasa) and they told us if code doesn't work, it's on a timer so we have to wait an hour until check-in time (it was raining outside, so we sat in the car). Overall relaxing time, not too crowded on the beach and lots of seashells and sharks teeth were found!
