This family-friendly coastal stunner features a sunny and spacious main living space with an open floor plan on the first level. It's flooded with natural light and guests will get to admire the unparalleled beach and ocean views from anywhere! Unwind in the living area, furnished with a cozy sectional, two wicker chairs, and a large TV. From here, guests can access the beachfront deck and go down the boardwalk to dig their toes in the soft sands. The gorgeous and well-appointed kitchen is complete with a double-door LG fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee makers (drip and Keurig), and a center island seating six. The adjoining dining table seats six as well and offers incredible beach views. There is a second and smaller living area next to the kitchen with an inviting sectional, two wicker chairs, and a TV. The first floor also hosts two bedrooms. The second floor features three more bedrooms, one of them being the primary bedroom. This space is complete with a TV, a small office-like nook with a desk and a sofa, an en suite bath with double vanity and a jetted tub, and a beachfront balcony.

Lovely home in a perfect location

Plenty of room to host a family Thanksgiving. Big, well-equipped kitchen; lots of hang out space; quick access to the beach and so much light! Wonderful, comfortable house

Fabulous beach house!

This house had a lot of space on 2 floors. Many beach houses have 3 or more levels to run up and down all day. There was plenty of room for our group of 12 (3 generations). The kitchen has everything you need for prepping meals. There were several vacuums available, we used the cordless one several times a day. The beach access was wonderful…just a few yards right off the back deck.

North Topsail Beach vacation

Reel Grace was a perfect fit for our growing family. Proximity to the beach, more than adequate parking, separate living rooms that could accommodate tv viewing on one side and video gaming in the other area were pluses during our week. Some toiletries and a cordless vacuum were nice additional options. The dining room chairs were very noisy on the tile floor so we added felt pads. The wicker chairs in the den area were uncomfortable. One of the upstairs bathroom shower drains was clogged. One of the glass kitchen cabinet doors was cracked. For a house this size the kitchen trash/recycle receptacles and ice maker were undersized.
