Enjoyed the house, pool! Great location. Perfect parking for two cars and a trailer! The only feedback I would have, is updating the pots and pans in the kitchen. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Super Stay

The property pictures and descriptions listed are accurate.The house is beautiful and well kept. It is nicely stocked with the necessities and some niceties that go above and beyond. The location is only 5-10 minutes from anything you might want to do in Havasu. We enjoyed sitting on the deck facing the lake and watching the sunsets. Dan was a great host. Very responsive to any needs or questions we had. An all in all great experience and we hope to return some day. We highly recommend!

Amazing Week in Lake Havasu

We came down for the JetSki world finals with my wife & 2 kids (ages 14 & 17) & this house was perfect. Plenty of room for all of us to have our own space & and enjoy some down time. I loved the garage as I was able to keep all our JetSkies & truck in the garage. This house was super clean & made our week very relaxing. The host was amazing to work with. We’ll definitely look for this house next year when we come back.

Amazing !!

My stay at this property for the 4th of July was simply unforgettable. The location was stunning, offering breathtaking views of the lake. The property itself exceeded my expectations with its cozy furnishings and modern decor. The highlight of my stay was witnessing the fireworks display right from the property. Additionally, I enjoyed the clear waters of the lake and participated in thrilling water sports, making it a truly memorable holiday experience.

Beverly Glen is a completely renovated home with mid century modern interior design. The house is spacious at 2300 square feet, yet cozy and very relaxing. The master suite is huge and has an amazing spa like shower. The backyard is private and relaxing and offers an outdoor grill and private diving pool.
