Beautiful and renovated studio on the ground floor with private patio with BBQ, kitchen, and living room.

An authentic apartment with a great location. Located on Douglas, a calm and centric neighborhood, this apartment it's a great option for your trip to Miami.

A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee. We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself.

Fully equipped with all you need for your stay. Kitchen with full utensils, wifi, smart tv, paid washer&dryer, linen, towels, etc. Parking spot available on premises.
Paid Washer&Dryer are shared with other guests and it's located in a common area of the house. It has a cost of $1.75 for Washer and a $1.75 for Dryer.

Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions.
Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost.

Nice - Would stay again
Clean and quiet. Bedding and towels freshly laundering, as expected. Easy keyless access. Excellent communication with host. Several apartments managed by the host at this address. Never an issue with single car parking. Publix Grocery with coffee counter is within walking distance. Baristas pulling espresso based drinks and serving hot guava pastries and other morning goods. Fast internet. Pay washer and drier on site, not in unit. Worked well for my extended stay.

Great spot
Super close to the gables, little Havana, downtown, and the grove. The hosts were super responsive and friendly, would definitely recommend for one person or a couple! Super easy check in and check out and the hosts were very helpful throughout our stay. Thanks Max and Manuel!
