This quaint historic brownstone apartment has all the amenities of home located in Columbia Heights, NW, one of the most eclectic, diverse ares of DC. It is walking distance to lots of restaurants, grocery stores, Starbacks, and a shopping mall with stores such as Target, Best Buy and Giant. Yet it is off the main road to provide easy access without the regular hustle and bustle of downtown. The apartment is fully equipped with both a front and back door entrance with a large bay window for natural light. It is fully furnished with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, and all the amenities of home. Linens, towels, dishes, etc all included. A lovely a walk in closet and washer and dry in the unit makes for convenient living. There is also a sitting area outside in the front. Anything else just ask!
