Additional Notes
-This home is pet friendly, allowing up to four dogs for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet.
-Check-In is after 4pm. Check-Out is by 10am.
-Firewood may be added at the time of booking under "Additional Fees" after entering payment info or by reaching out us more than a week in advance of your arrival. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax per night. Please let us know how many nights that you will need.
-All linen and towels are provided.
- Guest uses security cameras to monitor the driveway and entrance.
-All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers
-Call for special prices on last minute availability as well as for extended stays. Guests returning to Mountain Gem receive a special discount!
-4WD / AWD vehicles are recommended in winter, November-March. Please be aware of changing weather conditions and be prepared with snow chains, if needed.
