The property backs onto Point Washington State Park and its many miles of meandering walking and mountain biking trails. The home offers the closest walk to the beach in the neighborhood, accessed using the bike trail directly behind the house. It is approximately a half-mile walk to convenient public beach access at Blue Mountain Beach. Or, take a stroll and check out Gulfview Heights Beach - both nearby beaches offer public restrooms.

Just a short walk from the home lies the stunning heated community pool, which offers a collection of covered and uncovered seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls, a hot tub, a fire pit, and string lighting. There is also a four-story observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding Blue Mountain Beach. Gulfview Heights Beach Access is one and a half miles from the home.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: One surveillance camera is installed at the front door, pointed toward the driveway. There is also one camera on the back porch pointing to the backyard area. It is always on, is capable of recording sound, and will only begin recording video/sound when motion is detected near the camera.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
