Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright, contemporary interior flooded with natural light. Make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, curling up by the fireplace with a good book, or streaming your favorite movies on the TV. The beautiful living area opens up to the back patio and the pool area, allowing for easy access and promoting togetherness. Serve your group home-cooked meals at the formal dining table, lovingly prepared in the sophisticated kitchen. The cooking area has everything needed to create culinary charms, including stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. With three beds, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities. Find the epitome of comfort in the main bedroom, which boasts a luxurious en suite bathroom with a double-sink vanity, a soaking tub, and a roomy walk-in shower. Revel in witnessing a world-famous California sunset while sitting at the fire table, swapping stories until the stars come out to dot the sky.

Assigned parking is available for 3 vehicles.
To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.
Occupants shall respect the neighbors' privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.
Guests must comply with the city's noise and outdoor activity standards and regulations.
No outdoor music shall be used outside at any time. Music played from the inside of the vacation rental shall not be heard beyond the home's property line at all times.
Use of outdoor amenities and activities that create noise is prohibited from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
