This luxurious, custom home boasts over 4,200 square feet of living space encompassing 6 bedrooms featuring private baths. The huge outdoor living space features 2 gas fire pits, outdoor dining, and a 6 to 8 person private hot tub. The whole family will enjoy playing shuffleboard and pool in the garage game room! This is a perfect retreat for 5 to 6 couples or multiple families. (Please no pets, thank you!)

It boasts luxury stainless steel appliances, 6-burner cooktop, quartz counters, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 5. ** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway.
