Downtown Sebring is the historic part of Sebring and this building, officially known as The Zachary, is listed on the National Registry of Historic Buildings. Downtown Sebring features many annual festivals, concerts, parades, and more. There are fun electric scooters available for rent that are found throughout the downtown area. City Pier and Highlands Lakeside Theater are almost within sight. Bars and restaurants such as Faded Bistro, the Backyard at Faded, Sheila's, Mom Cirque Wine Bar (which hosts regular burlesque shows, soirees, Sebring's annual Pride Fest, and you may even catch a tarot reading there on Friday night), Dimitri's, Organically Local, the Coffee Vault, and more are all just downstairs.
Other notable areas in town are Highlands Lakeside Theatre, the Children's Museum of Highlands County, the Sebring International Raceway, Florida's first state park which is Highlands Hammock, fishing, golf, local art galleries, the Alan Jay Wildstein Center for the Performing Arts to name a few.
Sebring is located about an hour and a half to either coast, Disney, Universal, and the best of central Florida.
