Spacious floor plan, large sized kitchen, a working station and Pet friendly. You'll love staying here! Walking distance to the beach and pretty much everywhere.
It’s close to the water but far enough away to be relaxing and away from crowds too. It has private parking and a private entrance, as well as a playground nearby if you’re traveling with kids.

Close to Parque beach

This location was close to parque beach. It was secure, clean, and was a good stay for the price. We didn’t receive check-in instructions before our arrival so we killed time at a local restaurant which had great food. Before we finished our meal, we received the instructions. The power went out in the neighborhood one night of our stay which made our slumber kind of uncomfortable but it came back on a few hours later. The shower water wasn’t the hottest but some might call it refreshing after a day in the sun. The host left us a couple of beers in the fridge and although we don’t drink, we appreciate the gift. Overall good stay for the price.

Great place much bigger than I expected. Ac worked great ! Close to many restaurants beach and things to do. Place was also perfect for a day inside with comfortable furnishings and full kitchen. FYI bring a reusable shopping bag or two . Bags 10 cents each most places

Great place!

We loved staying here! It is a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants. It is central to many other fun things like the T-Mobile district, old San Juan, and la Placita.

Lovely, secure, and convenient

Michael was an excellent host and the apartment was exactly as advertised -- spacious, airy, and convenient to the beach, markets, and restaurants. It was also very quiet and secure.
