Why they chose this property
Little Atlantic offers home comfort with luxury touches - 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. An open floor plan and a very comfortable living room to relax in. The house offers a high efficiency heating/ cooling mini split system. There are radiant heat floors in both bathrooms and the kitchen. A three seasoned porch that brings the outdoors in. Also a large deck in the back yard perfect for a quiet morning or evening. A large back yard with a fire pit and outdoor furniture for your enjoyment!
