And with bar seating in the kitchen, in addition to seating for 6 at the dining table – there is room for everyone to enjoy! Designed with comfort in mind, the cozy living area offers plush furnishings, a Smart TV, and access to an oversized balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the bay.

Our spacious guest bedroom offers a queen bed, a Smart TV, unparalleled views of the golf course, and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo and convenient hall access. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a Smart television and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and an updated walk-in shower. For your convenience, we are pleased to offer keyless check in, complimentary WIFI, and an in-unit washer/dryer! There is garage parking available for ONE vehicle.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
