This unique home has a style of it’s own! It is newly remodeled and located in the heart of Bradenton. It’s only 6 miles to beautiful Anna Maria Island beaches. On most vacations, you actually have to leave your home to find colorful murals & unique features (like a gumball machine & vintage arcade game), but we have it all here. The backyard oasis you’ll be able to relax while having fun. There’s a gas fire pit, griddle, pergola with swing seating area &LOTS of yard games for adults and kids!

Our stylish 3-Bedroom sun-filled rooms have been tastefully decorated with brand-new furniture in an all new colorful theme. Several big windows flood the space with loads of natural light.

The 3 bright bedrooms are decorated in fun colors with a beach vibe.

The master bedroom comes with a comfortable Queen-Size bed as well as a generous closet and en-suite.

Bedroom number 2 comes with a Full size bed and ample storage.

The 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed with comfy mattress.

Two full size bathrooms, this house has it all.

Upon walking in you will find a brand new kitchen, dining, living area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Please treat them as if they were your own and clean up after yourself. You will find dishes, glassware, pots, pans and flatware available for your stay as well as appliances and small conveniences.

The BACKYARD is where all the fun begins! Hang out by the firepit, and toast some marshmallows for yummy s’mores! Relax on the swing while sipping from your pineapple cup. Play a friendly game of mega chess, mega connect 4 or mega jenga with family!


There are no food items in the house. If you bring some in, please be sure to throw away all perishables before you check out. If perishables are unopened feel free to leave them and we will donate to a local food bank.

There are both trash and recycling bins beside the sink in the kitchen and extra bags are at the bottom of each bin or under the sink.

There is a heat and AC unit in the main living space and also the bedrooms. Please set a comfortable temperature for yourself and your guests.

There are TV remotes for the of the 4 smart TV's (Netflix, YouTube, etc.).You are responsible for these remotes during your stay and there will be a $50 charge for each lost remote.

In the bathrooms you will find one extra toilet paper and towels as well as shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

Beach towels, chairs, umbrella and beach cart available in the home for your use.

All linens supplied which includes bedding, 1 set of towels (bath towel and washcloths) per guest. Also, Coffee and paper towels are provided.

These cameras are located by the front door and around the back of the house.
