Why they chose this property
My husband found this property and as soon as he saw it he knew it was the one. He looked everywhere and had visited Nevada City and found it enchanting. He found his "cabin in the woods" with some property/land and such a charming neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
It is such a unique space and has so many unique features-like so much forest area with all kinds of animals. We see deer, foxes, raccoons, and squirrels. We love that we get snow in the winter so we can snowshoe and kayak's for summers at the lake and it is all right here.
