900+ sq. ft. 3 bedrooms (2 kings, 1 full), a small pullout couch, 1 bathroom with a shower, an enclosed back porch for relaxing, and a spacious backyard. Easily accessible located on main road with only 2 steps to enter the home and everything is on the main floor - laundry is in basement(stairs). Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils. Living room has reading materials. Bedrooms offer sound machines and window air units in the spring / summer. Backyard has a fire pit.

Up to 2 dogs are welcome (applicable fee), 1 surveillance device located on the front exterior of home is used for security purposes.

Perfect

We had an amazing time here. We had a wedding near by and was able to stay with our adult boys and their wives to reconnect. This place had a nice screened In porch to reminisce family memories. The home was perfect for us and very clean

Cute, well maintained home!

We stayed in June for my daughters softball tournament and FPN. Much more comfortable than 2 nights in a hotel and not that much more expensive! Home was as pictured in listing, clean, decorated nicely, outside lights were a nice touch, especially to help identify the house when returning at night! Convenient to attractions, only gave a 3 star for location because we are light sleepers and road noice from cars/trucks passing at night tended to wake us up. No a/c window unit might have been an issue were it hotter/summer. Kitchen stocked with very basic cooking supplies, including supplies for coffee which we appreciated. Owner was very responsive to messages. Would recommend.
