About this property

Lujoso estudio a 150m de la 5ta avenida. Seguridad las 24h, 2 albercas, gimnasio, rooftop, servicio de SPA con costo adicional y parking. El acceso es con cerradura electrónica, lo que evita pérdida de llaves y da la posibilidad de ingresar a cualquier hora al complejo.

El estudio está equipado con cocina con 2 estufas, microondas, refri, A/C, TV, Wifi, cafetera y utensilios de cocina. Es el único estudio con barra y sillas altas de todo el edificio.

We provide a complimentary starter kit for your arrival: toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener and bottled water. These items won't be re-stocked and if needed, guests will have to purchase them locally.

Linens and towels can be switched at an extra cost (same for full cleaning). Daily cleaning is not included in the rate. Just let us know 24h in advance to schedule our cleaners.

We want to provide all of our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and don't use them to wipe the floor or remove makeup to avoid extra fees.

El barrio es super tranquilo. Estamos a una cuadra de la 5ta avenida, donde podrán encontrar múltiples bares y locales comerciales para comer y comprar. El edificio cuenta con seguridad las 24hs tanto en la puerta principal como en el acceso al estacionamiento. También estamos a 3 cuadras de la Av30 por la cual pasa el transporte público.

Para reservas de 28 días o más, el pago de electricidad se realiza por separado. Se hace una medición al momento del check in y se coteja con la medición al momento de la salida.

Gallery honest review

Prior to receiving my code instructions I wished I had the code access info 1 say prior my stay. It built an unwanted anxiety about potentially getting to the condo for the first time and not having access instructions. We didn't get access instructions until hours prior to stay. Also my phone was wet and broken so thankfully I was able to log in with my spouses phone to obtain the access info. Once we got over that hurtle we were pleasantly surprised with the location to the beach and bars. The amenities in the Gallery Condos were great and to par with expectations. The only negative I had with the stay in our condo rental was the BED! The first night was extremely terrible for my back. I didn't get much needed sleep and was in pain do to how the springs felt through the sheets. In my opinion a decent mattress should be a priority especially since you're expected to relax and re energize your body so you can enjoy activities during the day. Aside from the hard bed springs the place was clean, modern and up to my expectations.

The Property is handy to beaches,5th Av, and shopping

The pools are nice, access to upstairs pool and gyms is easy. The building location is great for groceries, restaurants, 5 th ave and beaches. The room we had everything we needed.
