About this property

706B Romar House a three bedroom two bathroom, property overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, accommodates 6 with ease. Great location on the 7th floor has The kitchen, dining room, and living room open up to the floor to ceiling sliding glass door to the balcony. Prepare meals in the fully equipped, updated cabinetry and granite counter tops, a under counter ice machine, great bar area, plus a dining table & seating for all your guests. The large primary bedroom featuring a king bed, and more spectacular views. Step out of the main bedroom to the balcony with outdoor seating! The primary bath is private featuring a beautiful walk in shower. The two guest bedrooms have a queen bed each and share the hall bath with walk in shower. All bedrooms have flat screen TV. Laundry has full size washer and dryer available for your convenience.

Romar House invites with manicured landscaping, palms trees, and gated entrance will have guests returning year after year. Amenities include outdoor pools, swim up covered gazebo, BBQ area, and tennis courts.

Two parking passes only are provided per reservation. One parking place is marked with the property number in the covered parking area. No trailers, boats, jet skis, or campers are allowed parking at Romar House.

Additional parking for other vehicles/trailers/ etc., will need to be arranged off site and are not included in the rental pricing.

*** Minimum age requirement is 25 to reserve and must be present the entire stay

*** This is a non-smoking property * No smoking in the property, on the balconies or on premise

*** The HOA of Romar House will embark on a significant project, replacing the northside exterior railings for 1 and 6-stack units in the A and B buildings. This endeavor, starting on 04/15/24, is expected to last approximately six weeks.

Fabulous 50 th birthday celebration

Perfect Getaway!

The unit was amazing and comfortable. Because it is an end unit, the balcony was spacious and we spent a lot of time here relaxing. The view of the Gulf is mesmerizing. Loved the pirate ship that passed by! Round dining table was perfect for dining and playing games.
