About this property

303A Romar House a three bedroom two bathroom, property overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, accommodates 6 with ease. Great location on the 3rd floor has the perfect views for making memories. The living room with plenty of space and balcony access with outdoor seating as well. The fully equipped, well stocked kitchen, granite counters, under counter ice machine, great bar area, dining seating for all your guests. The large primary bedroom features a king bed, and more spectacular views. Step out of the main bedroom to the balcony, to watch the waves. The primary bath is private featuring a walk in shower. The secondary guest bedrooms feature a king bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the second. The hall bath with tub shower combination is shared hall access for your guests. All bedrooms have flat screen TV. Laundry has full size washer and dryer available for your convenience.

Romar House invites with manicured landscaping, palms trees, and gated entrance will have guests returning year after year. Amenities include outdoor pools, swim up covered gazebo, BBQ area, and tennis courts.

Two parking passes only are provided per reservation. One parking place is marked with the property number in the covered parking area. No trailers, boats, jet skis, or campers are allowed parking at Romar House.

Additional parking for other vehicles/trailers/ etc., will need to be arranged off site and are not included in the rental pricing.

*** This is a non-smoking property * No smoking in the property, on the balconies or on premise

*** The HOA of Romar House will embark on a significant project, replacing the northside exterior railings for 1 and 6-stack units in the A and B buildings. This endeavor, starting on 04/15/24, is expected to last approximately six weeks.

***Two parking passes only are provided per reservation; the cost is $120.00 for both passes. One parking place is marked with the property number in the covered parking area. Please note that the cost of parking passes is set by the HOA and is subject to change without notice.
