The space
This 3-bedroom bright modern townhouse has a fully stocked kitchen equipped with an espresso and drip coffee machine, coffee grinder, new plates, new cutlery, new wine glasses, an instapot, a crockpot, a rice cooker, an indoor mini grill, and a nutribullet blender. The patio is fully decked with furniture, a fire pit, and a charcoal grill. Each guest will receive a complementary local bag of coffee and a bottle of wine. Guests will receive soap, shampoo/conditioner 2 in 1, and body wash accompanied by plenty of clean towels! We provide toilet paper and paper towels as well as cleaning supplies and detergent! This is the perfect property for long term stay or short term stay in the best central location of Phoenix!

Convenient

Nice modern kitchen with a lot of kitchen basics in the little pantry to help out when cooking. This property was convenient to driving to various parts of Phoenix of interest to visitors. Scottsdale is just about 12 minutes away, downtown about the same. Lots of really good restaurants within 5-10 minutes drive.

BPM stay

We had a great stay! Everything was nice, quiet and comfortable. We were close to shopping, restaurants and our conference. Anca was very kind and thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again!
