Location !!! Conveniently next to OC Convention Center. The Beach access is one block over is the best in town, there’s no boardwalk or hotels in front of the dunes.

Great Location for Endless Summer Cruise In

Property was nice. A few small issues that we handled ourselves because we didn’t want to bother the manager with it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will use VRBO again.
