Property is located in a nice area.
Our biggest problem, and the reason we left early, was that the bed was rock hard. Property manager claims its a medium matress, but as someone who grew up around a furniture store that sells mattresses and sleeps on a medium mattress at home, either he was lied to or he doesn't know what he is talking about.
Another reason we left early was we could hear the Property manager talking loudly with his wife late into the night.
Other things of note include that the shower was damaged when we got there, the smart lock on the door was difficult to open, and there is a step down into the room that you can almost kill yourself on if you don't know its there.
Another thing to note is that i had to redo my reservation because of bank troubles, and the host harassed me about it because he kept looking at the old reservation instead of the new one.
Im not sure how this guy made premium host status.
