Take advantage of the 2-car private garage with a keypad for added convenience.

Conveniently located just a few miles from the renowned Renaissance Festival, the home is also near several lakes where you can rent paddleboards, kayaks, pontoon boats, wakeboard boats, and more. 4. We maintain the highest level of cleanliness and air quality in the home and out of respect for future guests, we respectfully request that no smoking will occur in or on the premises. Even the smell of smoke inside the house will result in a fine.
5. 30-day plus rentals require a $1000 refundable security deposit and additional cleaning fee (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.
