Abbot Kinney, Venice Beach and Venice Boardwalk is only about 1.8 miles away. Thoughtfully designed and newly renovated, this 3bed/3bath home is a one-of-a-kind experience. Located on a dul-de-sac, enjoy ample parking and being away from the busy traffic. Wake each morning with a cozy cup of coffee and end each day enjoying our luxorious outdoor space featuring a hot tub and firepit. The attention to every detail may make you never want to leave.

The Space:
The home's Boho Chic design has been fully refinished and furnished throughout with luxe, high-end amenities and stylish decor for an elevated guest experience. The living area features a large tv for entertainment. Floor-to-ceiling according glass doors in the living areas can be opened fully to fill the home with an indoor and outdoor feel. Take your pick to enjoy the indoor space or head out to the back patio to enjoy the amenities. The home is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and a string-lit back patio featuring a hot tub and a seating area with a firepit. Guests do not have access to the garage. The room configuration is as follows:
Primary Bedroom / King
Bedroom 2 / Queen
Bedroom 3 / Queen

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY (7 PPL) MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES
ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE EVICTION

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. Violation of any city noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Any gatherings of more than 7 people are not allowed on the property unless discussed and cleared with the host before check in.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We may require a security deposit for some bookings.

There are surveillance cameras on the outside of the home, both for safety and to ensure rule compliance.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without the host's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit if applicable, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

$35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined or missing towels
$200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning

Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the host at booking. Any incorrect information provided may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors may result in immediate eviction.

Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!


Please note that our cancellation policy states full refund if you cancel up to 30 days prior to your arrival day. Refunds can take up to 30 days from the date of cancellation to be processed.
