Clean and updated. LR not very inviting and small throw rug looked dirty. Beds very comfortable and kitchen table area cheery.

Loved the style of the house, and the neighborhood! Gorgeous spring flowers in the neighborhood. Very comfy beds. Newly renovated.

Great place to stay

The owners are amazing and very responsive to requests. We stayed here while our loved one was in the UW hospital and it is conveniently located, clean and extremely comfortable!

Sweet Seattle visit

Ryan was a great, communicative host. The property was just right-a charming older home thoughtfully updated, somehow spacious and cozy at the same time. We loved the quiet street and walkability to great food, shopping, live music and UW.
