Relax and Enjoy yourself in this 2022 fully remodeled oasis in St Petersburg, just a couple minute walk, bike or drive to award winning St Pete Beach.

You’ll have a private patio to enjoy a drink or read a book, overlooking a beautiful golf course and lake for amazing views.

The multi-use Family room is bright and well appointed with a sofa, electric recliner, flat screen TV, full dining table and sideboard.

The master bedroom suite overlooks the golf course and has a king size bed and an attached full bath with walk-in shower.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with private access to the 2nd full bath.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare great meals for family and friends. When you don't feel like cooking, there are numerous restaurants close by for you to enjoy.

There are no stairs to climb to access this first floor property, with your reserved parking spot just steps from the front door.

Relax at the beach, with downtown St. Petersburg just 12 minutes away with lots of activity, including museums, sporting events, outdoor festivals and endless dining options

Guests have access to the resort style pool and hot tub, and nearby well landscaped walking paths. The golf course is private, so access is not available to guests.

The owners live nearby and are available to make your stay more enjoyable as needed.

great property for family vacation...

This is a fantastic property. The owners thought of every item/detail you would need when away from home! The condo was spotless, and the location was fantastic. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. Do not hesitate to book..this condo is 5 stars!

Beautiful property with perfect location

This condo is everything that the owner described and more. Beautifully renovated in a very nice community with a short drive to St. Pete's Beach. I loved sitting on the porch watching a pelican who 'owned' the nearby pond. The swimming pool and hot tub were perfect! The owner is very responsive and the check-in was seamless. I wish I could have stayed longer and will certainly stay here again (if it is available, of course).

Home away from home

This was our very first experience renting from a VRBO. I have to say it was a great experience. Kevin was a great Host. He communicated the whole time. We had a 12 hour drive to get to FL and he met us at the property getting there early. The property was perfect. Two bedroom, two bathrooms. Beautifully decorated and stocked. He gave all the credit to his Wife. Neat, clean, organized. He left instructions with fun places to eat and visit. There are several pools on the premises so if you have kiddos or just want a get away this location is perfect. We had a great experience and would VRBO again!
