This modern mountain chic retreat is nestled in the heart of Avon with a spectacular view of both the beautiful Beaver Creek Ski Resort and the Eagle River.

Enjoy the privacy and spaciousness of a private townhouse with all the amenities of the Riverfront Resort and Spa at your fingertips including the outdoor pool, hot tubs, and shuttles. This Waterfront residence is located on the Eagle River Bike trail and boasts an outdoor fire pit.

This gorgeous home also benefits from being an exclusive for The Travel Whisperer. This means that guests staying at 3 Riverfront Townhouse have access to a range of services for the duration of your stay. All stays will have a Destination Host, who will be there to handle any requests during your stay. Your Destination Host is on hand to assist with grocery deliveries, restaurant recommendations, hiring a private chef, baby equipment rental and much more.

The bedroom configuration for the home is as follows:

Master Suite features a King bed with en-suite bathroom
Guest Suite #1 features a King bed with en-suite bathroom
Guest Suite #2 features a Queen bed with en-suite bathroom
Guest Suite #3 features a Two Queen beds with en-suite bathroom

This residence includes a mid-stay housekeeping service for stays of five nights or longer. Beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling. Please note housekeeping services are not scheduled on major holidays.

Our guests receive attentive, personalized service from time of booking until after your departure. You will be allocated a dedicated Personal Concierge to assist with planning each aspect of your getaway.

Great Ski Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying in this town home. The location was perfect for our ski vacation and the floor plan was great for our family to hang out together in the evenings. The townhouse is tastefully decorated. Home away from home!
