Windward Pointe 1402 is a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condominium on the 14th floor that easily accommodates 8 guests.

Centrally located in the heart of Orange Beach. This home away from home will welcome you to Gulf breezes and waves on the beautiful white sand beaches. Are you dreaming of a vacation? Time to join us for your well-deserved relaxing stay.

The property features a Gulf-front living area with a balcony directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The living room, dining room, and kitchen allow all to enjoy this wonderful property with its open concept. There is plenty of seating for all of your family to watch a movie on the large flat screen TV, dine at the table, or on the balcony. A fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home. A quick snack or local meal can be enjoyed by all.

The main bedroom features a king bed with Gulf front balcony and a private bathroom with tub / shower combination. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed. The second guest bedroom features a queen and a twin bunk bed. The guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower and hall access. All three bedrooms have a flat-screen TV.

There is a full-size washer and dryer that can be used at your convenience.

The amenities for your stay include a Gulf front outdoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool, indoor pool, and hot tub, exercise facility, tennis courts, basketball court, pickleball (fastest growing sport in America) and shuffleboard area.

Wedding Weekend

We were at the beach for a wedding. Our location was easy to get in and out of as we had several events to attend. Our four kids are between the ages of 14-24. We loved getting out to play pickle ball, basketball, volleyball on the beautiful, clean beach and hanging at the indoor pool since it was rather chilly most of our visit. This location was perfect for our family and we will return!!

Outstanding Condo!

Really good floor plan for our family of 7. All the little things were covered, extra electrical outlets, updated furniture and very cozy. Great Gulf view condo for a reasonable price. We will be back to book this one!

Very nice / very clean

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We have stayed at several in this area, and it was on par with the others. The condo was very clean and plenty spacious. There are 2 elevators for the property and one kept going out of service. But the other worked fine, and we were not inconvenienced. There were some renovations being done to the building which we did not know would be taking place. It made it pretty noisy inside the condo during the day, but we were not in there much as we were at the beach. However, had we been made aware that renovations to the building were underway, we would have booked somewhere else.
