Located on the top floor, our quiet corner unit has only 1 shared wall and no overhead noise. All windows and sliding doors are equipped with heavy double pane glass for added peace and quiet.

Experience modern lifestyle conveniences, like an open concept living and dining space, a dedicated home office with high speed wifi, ample closet space and a tranquil balcony seating area.

The newly renovated kitchen is fully stocked and offers updated appliances.

The unit comes with assigned gated parking, a community pool and recreation room featuring a pool table, ping pong table, bathroom, grill and dining area.
