Spacious but unclean.
House had a good amount of bedrooms and more beds than we needed so felt like we could sprawl out comfortably. Living room was comfortable and we also loved the fire pit in the backyard and the ring game. Towels seemed clean and very white.
Now the house felt a little stuffy and smelled of possible mold. We all woke up with sore throats after sleeping there the first night so the second night we turned on the ACs but they sounded like they hadn’t been used in forever and had mold on the outside.
Beds weren’t very comfortable, there were stains on some of comforters and sheets, and the pillows seemed old and overused. Dust bunnies were under the bed which isn’t the worst thing but still felt everywhere should be cleaned for renters.
Now the worst part about our stay was opening up the kitchen drawers and finding mice feces in them! This was unacceptable as mice feces carry disease and worried us to use any utensils or dishes in the kitchen which impacted our stay.
