Guest Access:
Guests will be able to enter and exit the entire property freely. The home uses a keyless keypad entry for convenience.

Other Things to Note:
*The home is located within the golf course. You can access the golf course walkway from the backyard. Please lock and unlock the gate when walking along the golf course walkway.
*Guests can park in the garage and the driveway. There is plenty of street parking, but please be sure to read the parking signs for restricted days/hours—street sweeping days.
*24-hour surveillance outside the property.
*We love pets, but some guests are not, so there is a NO pet policy.
*Please no parties or events or additional guests that were not previously reported.
*Ants are active in the region. Please try not to leave food residues on the floor or on the table. Keep the floor clean.
* Internet speed is fast, but if you are experiencing a low signal, please check whether it is plug-in the Google Nest Wi-fi Router on the nightstand. Feel free to contact us if you need support.
*Please respect our neighbors and the neighborhood. There are neighbors on both sides of the property. Loud talking or music during our quiet time hours (10pm - 8am) is not allowed.
*This is a Non-Smoking household. Smoking of cigarettes, INCLUDING E-Cigarettes, is not allowed at any time inside the house. You may smoke outside. Smoking indoors will be fined to remove the smell.
