Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice updated cond. Beautiful new bath. Step off patio to pool deck. This condo was very clean and nice. Beach Cottage complex, however, needs maintenance. The common areas of pool deck, elevator and lobby were not kept clean. Most of the pool deck furniture needs replacing.Again, the unit we rented was lovely. The complex was the drawback.

Great Location!!!

Location of this condo was perfect. We visit the area every year. This is the 1st time we stayed at The Beach Cottage. Nice place, love the covered parking garage. Our Condo was on the 1st floor which made access to the pool deck a wonderful experience. Our room had a stale cigarette smell and had a small issue with gnats. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo appears to be newly remodeled and is very nice. You won’t find a nicer one. The kitchen could be better furnished. We had to buy measuring spoons to make coffee and there is no small skillet. Also only one measuring cup which didn’t have a mark for what I needed.

The complex is well located for beach activity, restaurants, shopping, etc. As to the unit 2102 we have stayed there 3 or 4 times and have always found it to be in top condition.
