Condo unit 302 is a third-floor penthouse condo featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has wonderful beach views from the living area as well as the master bedroom (which is on the 2nd story of this unit!) - both areas have private patios with easy access to our private beach. This large, spacious unit gives lots of space and privacy for larger families enjoying a beachfront vacation together. The master bedroom with it's own master bathroom and master balcony are on the 2nd floor while the 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, kitchen, and living area are on the first floor of this top-floor unit. It's truly a remarkable Traverse City unit!

Beautiful view but needs new beds

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a great location with beautiful views. Nice layout. The beds could have been more comfortable. The bed on the main floor was not comfortable at all, very springy and hard. We were unable to use the bed in the sofa couch because it appeared to be dirty with an old sheet clumped up on it, and a black stain underneath the mattress that looked like it could have been mold. I informed the front desk when we checked out. So hopefully this won't be an issue for the next guests. If it was peak season price I would've been very upset with the bed quality. Nobody wants poor sleep on vacation.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay in this unit again. Property is well maintained. Unit is large except for kitchen and main floor bathroom. Second floor suite is very spacious. We enjoyed the views from both the main floor balcony as well as the upstairs balcony.

Room very clean and pleasant! Close to eating areas. Loved having the 2 bedroom due to my elderly mom being with us and she could have the main floor at night when she got restless. Perfect set up!
