Fully furnished and fully equipped with all brand-new furniture and SS appliances, conveniently found within walking distance to the park, market, pharmacy, banks, restaurants, coffee shop, bakery, hiking trail, and by 580 freeway entrance.

This entire house 🏡 features a master bedroom that has a queen-sized bed, 60-inch smart TV, En suite tiled bathroom, and a balcony, the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, 55-inch smart TV, and separate tiled bathroom, central AC/furnace, living room has a 60-inch smart TV 📺, kitchen with island for dining, filtered instant hot and room temperature drinking water, washer/dryer, working desk, and ergonomic chair, attached compact to midsize-size one-car garage and level 2 electric vehicle charger.

The full-size kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, utensils a set of flatware, dinnerware and drinkware, whole bean and decaf coffee beans, assorted teas, some spices, cooking oil, and condiments.

A full-size airbed and twin-size rollaway bed with mattress is available upon request, a nightly fee may apply. Please note: Rollaway bed safety weight limit maximum of two hundred pounds weight capacity.

Ok so i will start with the positive because it was overall a good stay. VERY VERY clean, quick response from host on anything, even provided refreshments 😁. Bed was super comfortable, had a bunch of towels, washer & dryer with tide pods (that was my favorite) lol ok so cons....AC didnt work the best and neighbors were a little crabby lol but thats not the host fault. OVERALL i would stay here again. Oh and how can i forget its literally walking distance from alot of shops.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood centered on the intersection of MacArthur Boulevard and Fruitvale Avenue in East Oakland, California, in the United States. It is located about two miles east of Lake Merritt, north of the Fruitvale District, and west of the Laurel District. It lies at an elevation of 213 feet (65 m). It is a multicultural neighborhood where the hills meet the flatlands and is a unique melting pot of cultures and social classes. Dimond Park is located in the district.

Every October the district celebrates Octoberfest saluting the German heritage with beer, food, and entertainment in a tented beer hall.

What makes this property unique

The Dimond Business District is situated among several of Oakland's neighborhoods including Oakmore, Glenview, and Lincoln Highlands. National (e.g. Safeway, CVS Pharmacy, Peet's Coffee & Tea) and regional retailers (e.g. Farmer Joe's Marketplace, Grand Lake Kitchen) are mingled with locally-owned retail outlets, Dimond Tax Services, and mom-and-pop restaurants including La Farine, a French bakery, and Hive, the place to bee, a local coffee shop. Major national banks, a U.S. post office, and a branch of the Oakland Public Library are also located in the district. Dimond has excellent freeway access and visibility from Interstate 580. The intersection of Fruitvale Avenue and MacArthur Boulevard is also a major AC Transit hub including Transbay lines to San Francisco.
