At the edge of a state park preserve, the property is open, UNFENCED, bordered by giant, lush trees, and a meandering STREAM along 500 ft on the Western side. Pristine leafy evergreen, glistening waterfalls, rocks, boulders, historic stonewalls, spectacular sunsets, open, quiet skies, and dramatic moonlights framed by sky-high treetops. Your sleep is lulled by frogs, birds, cicadas, squirrels, rushing waters, or singing bats.
Magnificent oaks, lilac bushes and pines hide a beautiful, HEATED, RECTANGULAR, ABOVE-GROUND POOL. Enjoy seasonal swims, sunbathing, grilling, and chilling on the spacious pool deck.

It sleeps FOUR, in a sunny and spacious 1500 square-feet, 2-story cottage, with: 7 rooms (including 2 bedrooms), 2 lounging areas (including living room with large L sofa), a dining area with 1 large glass-top table and chairs that seat 8 to 10, 2 separate study spaces with desk, 2 wood stoves, 4 patio French doors.
A vast, recently remodeled KITCHEN has cathedral ceilings, bow windows, granite countertops, high-end appliances, and a separate entrance onto giant evergreen bamboos, creating an inviting space for eat-in and cooking.
A high-end WASHER/DRYER tower is niched in an alcove on the ground floor.
A BBQ GRILL, chimes, awning, hammock, tables, chairs, benches, and lounging chairs complete the contemplative journey. A sprawling lawn on the South side, tree-lined pathways and rocks on the Northern side, stone steps, lush bamboos, antique urns, a wrap-around rustic porch, a large pool deck, a balcony overlooking water and woods, and a garden cabana/artist studio, punctuate walks around the property.
Cathedral-ceilings, skylights, pinewood paneling, and oversized windows instill a peaceful, Scandinavian flair, complementing the owner’s collection from old-world heritage, distant travels, and visual artistry. PETS - NO CATS - NEED TO BE HOUSE-TRAINED. PROPERTY IS UNFENCED, NEXT TO A PARK. PETS CANNOT RUN FREE OUTDOOR. OCCASIONAL ENCOUNTERS WITH HIKERS, LEASHED PETS, WILDLIFE. PETS CAN RUN ON ENCLOSED PORCH AND POOL DECK. PARK AND TOWN REQUIRE LEASHES.
