Good location, nice place

Simple and clean. Our only issue is you need new soap dispensers at the sinks. Two of them were old and not working. But that’s an easy fix!

Great place

This was a great place to stay for the weekend it’s close to University where my son is attending. Close to eateries and grocery stores will definitely be staying again.

Peaceful retreat

My family and I chose this location to be near Washington Regional for our Dads heart surgery. It was exactly what we needed!! A quiet place to eat a meal, we got to spend valuable time together under one roof, and to get much needed rest. The home was perfect for us and made our time in Fayetteville, despite the circumstances, a much needed retreat.

Clean, updated home in great location!

We very much enjoyed our stay! It’s a well maintained property that is very conveniently located to Uark and Dickson St. All kitchen appliances worked great, and house was stocked full of supplies we needed (lots of coffee pods, towels, paper goods, etc.). Property manager was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!
