About this property

Large house close to Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan. Great for groups traveling into the university or going to a football game. Comfortable sleeping accommodations and plenty of space inside of the house to spread out. The pool is a great place to cool off or relax during the day but is only open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Very large home but it is in a quiet neighborhood so parties are strictly prohibited. We have great neighbors that it is important that we respect and keep any outside noise to a respectable level while you enjoy your stay!

Beautiful Property for a marriage Proposal

We stayed at this location for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The house is giant and sleeps more then you would expect. All of the beds were high quality and very comfortable. The Gazabo is the perfect little hang out and although was a little dirty on arrival. Megan and Charlie have been very helpful & professional, we plan on renting this property again for our next Vacation. Overall our stay was cozy & accommodating, Megan is very friendly and responds quickly to any and all messages. 5 star review for the property & the host!

We have a couple of properties scattered throughout the state of Michigan that we love to have set up perfectly for families or small groups to enjoy and create memories!

Looking for a perfect get away for your family or group of friends? This house is perfect for all. Large enough to hold a big group or multiple families and close enough to the Big House and downtown Ann Arbor. Also has all the amenities needed to stay at the house for a long weekend or a week and enjoy the pool!

What makes this property unique

House has a pool that is only open Memorial Day - Labor Day. Also comes with a hot tub, private gazebo and large yard perfect for games and hanging out. Inside of the house is immaculate with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms as well as a wet bar in the basement. Large televisions for watching the big game or a movie night with the family!
