Sunbird 703 is located on the seventh floor and is situated on the west side of the building. Your private balcony is the perfect spot to witness the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets along the beach. This one-bedroom condo provides bedding for four people, a spacious living area and a private balcony.

When you arrive at Sunbird 703, you'll find the primary bedroom welcomes you to your left, which features a queen-size bed with fresh linens and plenty of storage for your personal items. The full bathroom is located adjacent to the bedroom which includes a toilet, vanity, and tub/shower combo.

Sunbird 703 opens up into the living area where you’ll have endless views of the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches. The living room includes a sleeper sofa, chaise lounge, coffee table, television and an electric fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.
