From your home at the iconic Palm Beach Hotel, you'll enjoy central living just one block from the beach, with groceries, shopping, and dining all within steps of the property. You'll also have full access to the hotel's amenities, including a courtyard pool, furnished outdoor areas, and a library. In addition, two private beach cruiser bicycles and an adorable beach chair-and-umbrella set are also provided for use during your stay.

Luxury home features include everything from brand-name appliances to high-grade finishes thoughtfully appointed throughout. A Smeg-brand toaster and coffee maker, microwave, and double-door mini fridge make up the mighty kitchenette. A massive smart TV keeps home entertainment on tap. Additional essentials include central air-conditioning and free WiFi. A newly furnished sofa chair provides an additional sleeping accommodation.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The hotel is currently undergoing construction and because of it, the pool is closed from August 8, 2023 until November 30, 2023. Additionally, the hotel windows are being replaced and the hallways remodeled. This project is slated to last until February 2024, but it may persist longer. During construction periods, there will be audible noise and scaffolding around the hotel.
Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
