Chose another property

We left within hours of arriving and are still trying to get a refund. The property was filled with gas smell when we arrived, a stove knob had been left on. We tried to ventilate the property, and in doing so realized that it was filthy and shabby. Holes in walls and flooring have been poorly repaired, many window shades were broken, there was unknown substances on the walls and floors. There was a cartoon of a certain male anatomy carved into the frosted window of the front door. The outdoor area was dirty and had trash on the ground. Just choose a different rental, this one is not run by anyone who actually cares for the property or the guests.
