Welcome to SoundSide Cottage! This canal front property located in the gated community of Queens Grant gives you direct access to the ICW, beach, and a in ground community pool.

This home sleeps 8 and is fully equipped for fun in the sun with every amenity you need for a perfect beach vacation without breaking the bank. All linens are included. Bring your boat or jet ski - there is a private ramp and your boat can stay in the backyard at your dock. We are pet friendly so your best friend can vacation too!

This brand new rental property is a recently renovated budget friendly canal front property located in the gated community of Queens Grant that gives you direct access to the ICW, beach/ocean, and also an in ground pool.

There are 2 bedrooms with brand new queen beds and a loft area that has a brand new full over full bunk and also a queen bed. Plenty of room to put the kiddos together while the parents relax. Each room comes equipped with a smart tv that allows access to all the networks. Linens are included - so leave those bulky sheets and blankets at home and let us provide them for you. The living room also has a brand new couch with a queen gel sleeper sofa. This home can comfortably sleep 8 and up to 10 in case of that last minute guest or visitor.

The well equipped kitchen has brand new appliances and is stocked with every accessory you need to make the best meals. The Keurig allows a cup or a pot of coffee to enjoy the sunrise and all the barware you need to have a cocktail during a famous Topsail sunset. And best of all, you still get that water view while in the kitchen.

The home comes ready for water fun. The beach is just steps away with 4 private beach accesses. There are boogie boards, beach chairs, and sand toys available to use and a beach cart to put everything in. Once you're done at the beach for the day, come take a dip in the neighborhood saltwater pool that is just feet away and one of the biggest on the island or rinse off in the outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The canal is right in the backyard and perfect for fishing, crabbing, or using the kayaks and paddle boards that are provided for your use. Best of all, bring your boat or jet ski and you can take advantage of the dock right outside your door to keep your vessel in the water while you stay. The neighborhood offers a private boat ramp and you can avoid the crowds at the public ramps. With a fish cleaning station you can easily cook your catch on the grill at the house while watching the sunset on the canal. If you're a shell seeker, this location puts you at Banks Channel and minutes away from Serenity Point and Lea Island for the best seashells! Take your own boat or have one of the island charters pick you up at your dock for a day of boating!

The downstairs carport has a grilling area and outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy the view while cooking and eating and relaxing. Or throw some bags at the cornhole boards that are provided for fun.

We do allow 1 dog at the rental - there is an additional $150 pet fee. No cats.

There are plenty of restaurants and shops located within just a couple miles to check out when you need a break from the sunshine. No matter if you're a water or land lover, there's always something great to do! We also have 2 beach cruisers available to use and enjoy for exploring the island!

All renters have direct access to the beach, the pool, private boat ramp and dock directly out your back door!
