Morningside is tucked away in the quaint farm district. With breath taking views of the pasture and orchard. Come relax in our cozy cottage! The barn is only a rocks throw away to see the beautiful horses. You can get that farm feel in out cottage with a hint of salty ocean air. Of course pets are welcome in this farm district house so please don’t forget fido! With just a short walk to the kids park or dog park, basketball, tennis and swimming.

The Morningside boasts a rustic ocean theme ready to calm those work week stresses! With a full king bed down stairs and a great sized loft upstairs for the kids! The self closing safety gate kids can play safely in a loft area designed with them in mind. Complete with toys and video games for the rainy days! We have everything they will love! Along with some extra amenities for you four legged babies as well. The fully stocked kitchen lets you also cook up some creations on those stormy ocean nights and cool summer days. Come relax and be blessed by the comforts of this off the beaten path cottage!

We love this house at seabrook

We have stayed in various other houses this size and I just absolutely love this one. It’s tastefully decorated- not too cheesy beachy- well organized with all you need in the kitchen including necessary spices. Our favorite part is the fact that it’s dog friendly AND a king size bed! We will be back for sure.
