Why they chose this property
I love Montclair and have lived here for over a decade. Montclair is a trendy city featuring a huge array of eateries, shops, and theaters in our several downtown areas. There are plenty of parks for picnics, family time and relaxing in nature. It has been voted numerous times as one of the most desirable areas to live in New Jersey. Location, location, location - you are near 3 beautiful parks; one of them has a great playground for children, walking distances to Montclair's South End district and ~30 minutes to Manhattan or Hoboken via train. Our street is quiet, picturesque and safe.
