Our sweet, "new to us" home is finally rent ready and waiting just for you! Spacious and clean 2/1 with everything you need to make your stay super comfy. We care about our guests and want to ensure you have a great stay. Micanopy is about 15 minutes south of Gainesville, 20 minutes north of Ocala, and located close to several crystal rivers for you to explore! Just a short walk downtown to shop the antique stores and grab a bite. Thanks for considering our labor of love for your next vacay!

Perfection!

This is a cute little bungalow within walking distance to downtown Micanopy. Comfortable, cute, and cool - From the original pine wood floors to the cozy beds, we can’t recommend this place enough!

Nice and quiet

Nice old Florida house in a quiet Florida town. Great to get away and unwind. The property owner was outstanding when our vehicle broke down and offered to extend our stay. Very nice to work with her.

Clean, cozy, and convenient

We enjoyed our stay in Micanopy. The house was clean and comfortable. Gia communicated with us frequently and was very helpful. We will stay here again when visiting Gainesville!

Highly Recommend!

This was the cutest spot and perfect for our family's stay while getting our daughter ready for her new adventure. It was an easy drive to UF's campus and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!
