Perfect Location: Pet friendly home is 5 minutes from the heart of downtown with famous distilleries and breweries; Less than 2 miles to ETSU, 3 miles to Milligan University, local hospitals and interstate 26. Within 1/2 hour of Bristol Motor Speedway or TriCity airport. The house is at the base of Buffalo Mountain which has hiking trails to waterfalls & panoramic overlooks. House is in a quiet safe neighborhood and backyard is in a garden setting with multiple seating areas, a firepit and outdoor games.
The house is 1330 sq ft and has a covered carport for 2 cars and 4 more available spaces on the driveway. Each bedroom and living room can enjoy Amazon Prime Video and Prime Music on the smart TV's. The house a new privacy fenced backyard, where bikes can be brought in. The backyard has separate seating areas, corn-hole, horse-shoes, a fire-pit and grill - all surrounded by flowering trees and shrubs during spring thru fall.

The house has new mattresses, linen and kitchenware. Books and games are provided along with high-speed internet throughout. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with essentials with a washer and dryer within. The house was designed for comfortable and relaxed setting in mind.

Perfect

This place was the perfect place to stay with my two sisters as we were visiting family in the area. The neighborhood is nice and walkable for a morning stroll and the house was comfy and exactly what we were looking for. I'm glad we stayed her and would come back!

This listing was perfect for our family. The fenced in backyard was great for the dogs. Living room was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and we did a lot of cooking.
