Florida Haven Villa - Newly Refurbished, Great location, Sleeps 8

This is a newly refurbished single-story home providing three bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests situated only ten minutes from Walt Disney World Resort and only five minutes from shopping and restaurants. The villa is tastefully decorated with Florida theming throughout combining citrus colors, flamingos and gators! There is a large entrance hallway opening into a family room with lounge seating, 55" flat screen smart TV and dining area. There is a large master bedroom also with flat screen smart TV, king bed and ensuite facilities including garden tub and walk in shower with double vanity sinks. The home also provides a Queen bedroom and themed double bunk room both of which share a house bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook. To the rear of the property, you will find a private swimming pool and sundeck overlooking conservation area. A BBQ grill is provided FREE to all staying guests. Pool heat is available and small dogs are permitted both at an additional fee.

Nice place to stay and enjoy the sun

My friend, my dog and I enjoyed the opportunity to have a safe place to walk and enjoy the sun. It was located a short drive to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Nice place for the most part.

The place fit our needs and was nice. Only complaint was there was a strong dog smell. Other than that I would recommend.

Cute House in Quiet Neighborhood

Family stayed here to attend the Mecum auction and Disney. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. Private pool was nice to have as it was HOT which is expected in summer months in FL. Grill was nice to have as well so we didn’t have to heat up house cooking. Family loved the stay. We would stay here again.
