This cozy guest suite is the perfect living space for solo travelers or couples visiting family and friends in Grosse Pointe. This unique guest suite is situated at the rear of our two unit Grosse Pointe flat. It has a raised queen bed, cozy sitting area, computer desk with wifi, television with streaming and a coffee bar with mini fridge and microwave.
Off street fenced driveway parking is just steps from the private rear entrance.
The space
This is an entire stay guest suite with mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

Downtown Detroit is about a 15 minutes away; DTW airport is about 45 minutes. The unit is a block from Lake St. Clair.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire suite. There is an interconnecting door to the main house that is secured with a deadbolt lock (just like the hotels). No access to the main house.
Parking is within the fenced back yard.

Suite Smart lock is pre-programmed with a unique code. Smart lock Access is through private paved rear entrance just steps from your off street parking area.
Other things to note
*Owner lives and works on property and has 2 small dogs on premises that occasionally bark.

*1 guest max. Only registered guests permitted to stay overnight.

*Fireplace not available for use.

*Heating is by portable electric base board heating units.

*Building is an older home with squeaky floors and thin walls, sound machine provided to muffle any residual sound.

*The unit backs to the main house (owner's unit) and sits beneath the 2nd floor family room. 2nd floor may be rented during stay.

*Exterior cameras located at each exterior door entrance and driveway only.
