2023 Full Renovation! Brand new pool and hot tub! All new furniture and appliances. The upstairs billiard room has been converted to a bedroom with 3 bunk beds (6 twin beds) and a private bath :)

If you excited to enjoy this gorgeous beach destination with your loved ones, you can stay at our oceanfront house at 700 Ocean Blvd. This spacious vacation home features six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and one half-bath that can easily accommodate up to 15 guests. The open floor concept allows a natural transition between the different living, dining, and cooking areas. You can enjoy an incredible view of the ocean straight from the window while spending your quality moments with loved ones. You can find modern furnishing, excellent artwork, high ceiling, huge windows, and much more in this fully updated accommodation. It has ample scope for get-togethers in the large living room and outdoor porch area. You can also relish some delicious BBQ on the outdoor grill. The house has its own private access to the beach, so you can walk to the beach on a boardwalk.

We focus on your conveniences so you can forget about everything and concentrate on having lots of fun. With amenities like internet access, in-unit washer and dryer(one on each floor), parking, central air-conditioning, and other electronic appliances, you can feel like home. The living area has comfortable couch and a flat screen television. The dining table can comfortably host your fun dinners while you share incredible memories and stories over gourmet food. With an ocean view for your eyes, you can truly make the most of your fun vacation. Do not compromise your gourmet family meals, as the fully equipped kitchen is ready with features like spacious countertops, cabinets, appliances, cookware, and utensils. You can find appliances like a cooking range, double oven, microwave, refrigerator, 2 dishwashers, coffee maker (keurig and regular), and toaster.

A relaxing ambiance is what you need when you head out for a vacation. When you arrive at the beach house, you will notice that all bedrooms have premium furnishings, comfortable beds, and big windows that open to the ocean view. Find a king, queen, or twin bed depending on the room and enjoy a good night's sleep. Each of the bedrooms have a flat screen television to catch some of your favorite shows without any interruption.

One of the key highlights of this gorgeous accommodation is the private infinity-edge swimming pool and hot tub. Dive right into action and make the most of your holidays. We strongly believe that our guests deserve nothing but the best. For a comfortable stay during your trip, we offer bath and kitchen towels, bed linen, and a starter set of toiletries which includes basic things like toilet paper, bath and dish soap, and paper towels. This home has an elevator that goes from the garage to the 1st level.

This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. Just another added bonus for booking through Carroll Realty to enhance your vacation experience.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! A $1000 fine will be issued if a pet is found to be on the premises. There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 6 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental, located near year round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, or other types of larger gatherings. Age limit is 30 years old.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS (26 bath towels), & BEACH/POOL TOWELS (14) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited.

Power/ weather related cancellation: Carroll Realty does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, Carroll Realty will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
